As I'm writing this, I can look out the window and see how drizzly the weather is. I am so grateful for the rain that has come, and pray that it continues, but judging from the weather forecast you would never know that only days before we were enjoying several days in succession of balmy warm weather! We had the wonderful fortune of having Abby, my niece, overnight, and the next day was spent where good weather is not wasted: The park!
Who doesn't love a good slide?
Or swing?
Or how about a good ol' fashioned cartwheel?
Waiting your turn is NOT fun!
Eating salami IS fun!
And so is a picnic on the lawn!
